Refund and Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

At Akrep, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or article, you can do so under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange:

  1. Time Frame:
    • Items must be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery of the parcel.
  2. Condition of Items:
    • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  3. Proof of Purchase:
    • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Underwear and Socks for hygiene reasons.

Exchange Options:

  1. Online Exchange:
    • Contact our customer service team at sales@akrep.pk, send a direct message on Instagram or Facebook, Call or WhatsApp us at 0321-1117818 to initiate an exchange.
    • Once the exchange is approved, our representative will contact you on your provided phone number via Call/WhatsApp.
    • Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Affix the return shipping label and send the package back to us.
    • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process the exchange and send the replacement item(s) to you.
    • The delivery time of new order for exchange will be 3 working days once shipped.
  2. Warehouse Exchange:
    • Bring the item(s) you wish to exchange to our warehouse along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
    • Our store staff will assist you in selecting a replacement item.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs of Rs 300/-, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately after you receive the parcel.
  • We will provide a detail guideline to replace the defective item and process the exchange at no additional cost to you.

Note: Maximum 2 exchanges will be provided per order.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery of the parcel.

Process of Refund:

  • Contact our customer service team at sales@akrep.pk, Call or WhatsApp us at 0321-1117818 to initiate an exchange.
  • After approval of refund, customer will receive a confirmation message from our representative to proceed with the refund.
  • The customer will be responsible for self-dispatching the parcel to our dedicated address and share the courier receipt via WhatsApp at (+923211117818)

Verification Process:

  • After receiving the returned products, our team will verify their condition.

Bank Details for Refund:

  • After verification, our representative will contact you to obtain your Bank or Jazz Cash details to process the refund.

Refund Processing Time:

  • The refund process may take up to 7 days after our team receives the returned items.

Exclusion of Liability:

The following scenarios release Akrep from liability for exchange and/or refund:

  • Products damaged due to use or mishandling by the customer (any fragrance or washed items)
  • Situations where the customer changed their mind or did not check the product specifications at the time of purchase
  • All pictures displayed on our website are of the original products. Due to differences in monitors/screens and lighting during the photo shoot, the exact color of the final item may vary slightly. Therefore, products cannot be returned for this reason.
  • Any item that is on SALE are non-refundable.
  • No refund can be accepted for underwear and socks due to hygiene reasons.
  • The returned parcel for a refund remains the customer’s responsibility until the goods are received into our warehouse.
  • The delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where a defective or incorrect item has been delivered.
